Capricorn rising gives a composed surface and a long game. The manner is dry, the humour is drier, and there is an unmistakable competence about the person that makes others hand them the difficult thing. Saturn rules the sign, and many people with Capricorn rising describe a childhood that asked too much of them too early; the adult is often steadier and warmer than the child was allowed to be.
