Uranus in aspect to Juno
Uranus will not be constrained and Juno is the constraint. The contact belongs to people whose partnerships do not fit the standard shape — long distance, open, unmarried by choice, or simply arranged in a way that puzzles the relatives. The commitment can be entirely real. What it will not do is take the expected form, and a great deal of unnecessary unhappiness under this contact comes from trying to make it, usually to satisfy people who are not in the relationship. A partnership built to somebody else's specification fails faster here than an unconventional one ever does.

The soft aspects (trine or sextile)
Trine or sextile, an arrangement outside the template works. Both parties get room, the terms are explicit, and the freedom is what keeps them rather than what threatens them. The relatives adjust eventually or they do not, and it makes little difference. What holds it is the explicitness rather than the unconventionality, which is easy to misread from outside.
The hard aspects (square or opposition)
Square or opposition, closeness triggers escape. The bond is disrupted precisely when it becomes secure, and the disruption is explained as needing space. Naming the fear rather than acting on it is the whole difference, and the fear is usually of being absorbed rather than of being loved. Saying the fear out loud usually deflates it, which is why it is avoided.
The conjunction
Conjunct, commitment and independence are the same subject. Such people marry suddenly, or never, or someone entirely unexpected, and are unmoved by how it looks. The decision, when it comes, is usually made quickly and is rarely reconsidered. Nobody who knows them well is surprised by the timing, only by the choice. The relatives are informed rather than consulted, and usually after the fact.
Reading it in a chart
The orb settles how strongly this shows: a contact within a degree is a defining feature of a chart, one at the edge of the orb is a colouring. The signs the two planets occupy change the manner, the houses change the arena, and a third planet touching either of them can change the reading entirely.
