Saturn in aspect to Juno
Saturn formalises and Juno commits, which makes the most durable and least spontaneous partnership contact in a chart. Bonds are entered seriously, often late, and honoured well past the point where anyone else would have left. Duty is the strength and duty is the trap, since the pairing does not easily distinguish a commitment that is hard from one that is over. Both feel like something to be endured, and endurance is the one capacity this configuration never runs short of. Ending one of these takes something closer to a decade than to a decision.

The soft aspects (trine or sextile)
Trine or sextile, the seriousness is an asset. The person is reliable inside a bond over decades and expects the same, and generally gets it because they are careful about who they choose. Very little about the selection is impulsive. They also expect the relationship to be difficult in places, which spares everybody a good deal of alarm.
The hard aspects (square or opposition)
Square or opposition, obligation and partnership grind. The relationship is maintained out of principle after the substance has gone, or commitment is avoided entirely because its weight is understood too well. Asking whether it would be chosen again is the honest test, and the reluctance to ask it is usually the answer. A relationship that would not be chosen again is not automatically over, and it does need saying.
The conjunction
Conjunct, the bond is a contract in the fullest sense. It produces long marriages, considerable loyalty, and a real difficulty in admitting when one has become a container rather than a relationship. The admission, when it comes, is generally decades late and made without drama. Loyalty of this order is genuinely rare and is not the same thing as happiness.
Reading it in a chart
The orb settles how strongly this shows: a contact within a degree is a defining feature of a chart, one at the edge of the orb is a colouring. The signs the two planets occupy change the manner, the houses change the arena, and a third planet touching either of them can change the reading entirely.
