North Node in aspect to Juno
The North Node points where the person has not been and Juno says the route is through partnership. Development arrives by binding oneself to somebody and finding out what that demands. It is not a comfortable road for anyone who values independence, and it is a reliable one: the growth is delivered by another person, at their pace, and cannot be scheduled around the person's own convenience or postponed until they feel prepared. That is precisely why it works where a resolution to grow would not. Growth arranged by somebody else's requirements is the only kind that cannot be postponed.

The soft aspects (trine or sextile)
Trine or sextile, the right partnerships arrive and are taken up. The person is improved by who they choose, and chooses in a way that keeps improving them, which compounds pleasantly over a couple of decades. Neither party is doing it deliberately, which is what keeps it from becoming a project. It works because neither of them has decided to improve the other.
The hard aspects (square or opposition)
Square or opposition, commitment and direction pull apart. The bond is entered and then experienced as an obstacle, or the growth is used to justify leaving. Distinguishing between a relationship that constrains and one that merely asks something is the work, and the two are genuinely hard to tell apart from inside. An outside opinion is worth having, since both feel identical from inside the relationship.
The conjunction
Conjunct, the way forward runs through a partner. Such people meet somebody who changes the trajectory of the life, and often recognise it only in retrospect. The meeting rarely announces itself as significant at the time. Recognising it at the time is possible and would change how the first year is spent. Most people only see the shape of it a decade later.
Reading it in a chart
The orb settles how strongly this shows: a contact within a degree is a defining feature of a chart, one at the edge of the orb is a colouring. The signs the two planets occupy change the manner, the houses change the arena, and a third planet touching either of them can change the reading entirely.
