Lilith in aspect to Pallas
Pallas sees the pattern and Lilith says it out loud regardless of whose arrangement it exposes. The combination is why some people are treated as difficult when they were only accurate: they perceive the structure of a situation and decline to pretend otherwise. It is a valuable faculty in any room willing to hear it, and there are not many. The person usually learns which rooms those are by getting it wrong several times in the ones that were not. The rooms that can hear it are worth staying in, and are usually smaller than the person would like.

The soft aspects (trine or sextile)
Trine or sextile, the insight is delivered survivably. The person names the uncomfortable structure and is thanked for it, mostly because they are evidently not enjoying the discomfort. Timing rather than tact is what makes the difference. Reluctance to deliver the observation is what makes the observation acceptable. People can tell the difference between an observation and an accusation, reliably and immediately.
The hard aspects (square or opposition)
Square or opposition, being right becomes the point. The analysis is used to indict rather than to improve, and the accuracy stops mattering to anybody. Asking what the reading is for, before delivering it, changes everything — and the honest answer is sometimes that it is for the satisfaction of delivering it. Answering that question honestly, before speaking, changes what gets said and how.
The conjunction
Conjunct, perception and refusal are the same act. Such people see the game clearly and will not play it, which is admirable, isolating, and usually vindicated eventually. The vindication arrives well after it would have been useful to them. By the time everybody agrees, the person has usually moved on to the next unpopular accuracy.
Reading it in a chart
The orb settles how strongly this shows: a contact within a degree is a defining feature of a chart, one at the edge of the orb is a colouring. The signs the two planets occupy change the manner, the houses change the arena, and a third planet touching either of them can change the reading entirely.
