Chiron in aspect to Lilith
Chiron is the injury and Lilith is the part of it that was treated as disgraceful rather than merely unfortunate. That combination is why the hurt was never brought anywhere: the person expected to be blamed for it. When it does get spoken, the relief is disproportionate, and other people with the same silence tend to find their way to this person afterwards. The blame was often never actually stated — it was inferred from a household's discomfort, which is harder to argue with than an accusation would have been.

The soft aspects (trine or sextile)
Trine or sextile, the shame has already been mostly set down. The person speaks about the difficult material plainly and gives others permission by doing so, usually without any sense of performing a service. It is one of the more quietly useful contacts a chart can carry. People with the same silence tend to arrive within a year of meeting them.
The hard aspects (square or opposition)
Square or opposition, the wound and the shame keep each other sealed. Help is refused because accepting it would mean admitting the thing. One witness who does not flinch changes more here than any technique, and the not-flinching has to be genuine, since this configuration detects performed acceptance immediately and correctly. A single unflinching hour is worth more than any number of well-meaning ones.
The conjunction
Conjunct, injury and outrage occupy the same ground. Such people become unusually effective advocates on exactly the subject that silenced them, generally about fifteen years later than they would have liked. The delay is not avoidance; it is how long it takes to stop expecting to be blamed. The fifteen years are not wasted, though nobody enjoys hearing that at the time.
Reading it in a chart
The orb settles how strongly this shows: a contact within a degree is a defining feature of a chart, one at the edge of the orb is a colouring. The signs the two planets occupy change the manner, the houses change the arena, and a third planet touching either of them can change the reading entirely.
