Saturn in the fifth house
In the fifth house Saturn takes offspring, artistic work, courtship and enjoyment with unusual gravity. Creative work is disciplined and technically serious, slow to begin and durable once it exists; craft matters more than inspiration here. Children may come late, be few, or carry real responsibility with them. Romance is entered cautiously and taken seriously when entered. Play does not come naturally and often has to be scheduled. The particular practice this placement calls for is permission: allowing enjoyment to be its own justification rather than something that must first be deserved.
